GymTap is provided to help you track gym check-ins and related habit information. You are responsible for how you use the app and for any information you choose to enter into it.

No Medical or Fitness Advice

GymTap is a habit tracking tool. It does not provide medical, health, nutrition, training, or fitness advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making health, fitness, or nutrition decisions.

Availability and Changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features of GymTap. We try to keep the app useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse GymTap, attempt to interfere with the app, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, or use it in a way that violates applicable laws.

Disclaimer

GymTap is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LS Commerce GmbH will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of GymTap.
